The Mirrorcube


Where: Harads, Sweden 

What It Is: a light-weight metallic element four x four x 4–meter box suspended around a stem and coated in mirrors. Accommodates 2 folks at a time, with a bedalittle lavatory, a lounge and a roof terrace. Access to the cabin is by a span connected to successive tree. 

Why It's Unique: invisible inside the tree cover, the unidirectional mirrors offer a 360-degree read of the environmentto stop birds from colliding with the reflective glass, AN ultraviolet color visible solely to birds is laminated onto the glass
